HOPING FOR AMAZON 'PRIME NOW' SERVICES

So far AMAZON hasn't commented on the likelihood of AMAZON Prime Now services coming to Austria in the future. Customers are hoping they do start their  services in Austria soon. Bernd Gschaider, director of Amazon Logistics, just vaguely said that he welcomes 'faster and more flexible delivery options'.

‘Same day delivery or even delivery within a 2 hour time frame - as currently offered in Berlin or Munich - would be great.’

For our Austrian customers this means:

  • faster delivery times
  • more flexible delivery options
  • independence from strikes of the labor union VerDi in Germany
